This episode brings you a panel discussion in honour of Black History Month, to keep the conversation going on the battle against racism. 

Panel members include JCI Manchester 2020 President Rachael Shah, Swiscot Group CEO Vikas Shah MBE, JCI Director Josh Carr and your host Mara Rastall. During the discussion, they go through four terms that have more and more frequently popped up in the media and how their understanding of those term definitions have changed since the global events that have occurred in the wake of George Floyd. The discussion looks to breakdown stigma around having anti-racism discussions and hopes to encourage others to keep the conversation going.
