From the Springs Valley Black Hawks (The Valley Boys) and on to play for the Evansville Purple Aces, Marv talks about his upbringing, the game, his coaches and more! Including his call from Sam Alford on his induction into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame and what Coach Rex Wells meant to him!
He coached basketball, baseball, soccer, cross country and more! Enjoy a conversation about a life in sports! Pitched at Bush Stadium on 16th street during the final four of IHSAA baseball tournament in high school at Ft. Wayne Concordia went on to Ball State and has a Indiana High School State Championship ring on his finger while on the Coaching staff of the 1980 Broad Ripple High School Rockets!
