Avideep is passionate about Data Analytics, and utilises his expertise to help provide solutions for complex business problems across a wide range of industries. Having led several projects across Australia, UK and the APAC region, Avideep has a global perspective towards understanding financial, risk and compliance analytics. He is focused on delivering relevant and actionable intelligence that executives and general council require to comprehend operations, manage risk and meet the needs of regulatory and compliance challenges. Avideep works collaboratively with our legal and risk teams to help provide our clients with clear, precise and practical solutions, with a commercial lens in mind.

Bikram is a Director at Ashurst Risk and has more than thirteen years of experience in leading data management projects in Australia, Nordics and India. He specialises in risk data management and has led & delivered multiple large projects focussing on BCBS 239, GDPR, CPG 235, data transformation, data capability uplift, data modelling and data analytics. Prior to joining Ashurst, Bikram was Accenture’s Nordic subject matter expert in BCBS 239 and GDPR.

Marek Rucinski is the Deputy Commissioner of Smarter Data, the ATO’s data and analytics capability. He has strategic responsibility for the development and industrialisation of data, analytics and insights to support the administration of the tax and super systems, government priorities, and deliver value for ATO. This role combines the traditional roles of chief data and chief analytics officers in many other organisations. Marek leads the ATO Data and Analytics Professional Stream, is a member of the senior working group for the APS Data Professional Stream, and chairs the APS Data Champions Executive.

Marek has driven the evolution of data and analytics capabilities for over 20 years in industry roles and in a consulting services capacity across Australia, Asia and global clients. He has worked in retail, telecommunications, consumer goods, financial services, mining and utilities sectors and now, the federal government. Prior to ATO, Marek was a Managing Director in Accenture and was the Analytics Practice lead for Australia and New Zealand.

Ben is the CFO and Head of Data Science at Upflowy, building the next generation of online forms. He was recently named one of IAPA's Top 25 Analytics Leaders 2 years in a row. After a successful career at Boston Consulting Group and Telstra, Ben pursued his passion in data analytics, machine learning and AI. He was the Optimisation Lead at Rokt, Head of Data at Brighte (winner of "Best use of AI in Fintech award 2019"), and Head of Analytics at Prospection. 

Ben has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Ben also performs with the Sydney Philharmonia Choirs and is also a member of its Board of Directors. 

Ben is a self proclaimed master of dad jokes. He excels in communications of all sorts. He frequently speaks tortures his team with fluent broken French, German, and Spanish. Last week, he finished #1 in the Diamond League in Duolingo. Muy bueno!
