Keeping Wisdom episodes

  • At the Edge of Becoming

When does a chapter become complete—and how do we honor what it gave us without remaining inside it after our body has said it is time to go?

In this episode of the Keeping Wisdom Podcast, Raelynn sits down with Steph, an emotional Manifestor, longtime Internal Family Systems therapist, mother, creator, and the woman behind Sunny Venusian.

Steph joins us from the middle of a profound transition. After years of supporting people through her therapy practice, she is closing that chapter and stepping toward a more playful, visible, and embodied way of sharing her wisdom.

Together, Raelynn and Steph explore the masks of the good girl, the reliable therapist, and the devoted caregiver—and what happens when the roles that once helped us belong no longer allow our life force to move freely.

They also explore the natural crossover between Internal Family Systems and Human Design: how our inner parts carry conditioning, protective patterns, shame, fear, and inherited burdens—and how witnessing those parts can help us return to a more authentic relationship with ourselves.

    In this episode, we:

    • Explore Steph’s decision to close her therapy practice and trust what her body is communicating
    • Talk about the good girl, the rebel, and the parts of us that learned to become valuable through service
    • Examine the connection between Internal Family Systems, Human Design, deconditioning, and trauma
    • Consider how healing happens through relationship, compassionate witnessing, and allowing every part to belong
    • Discuss motherhood, non-sacral energy, emotional authority, and the wisdom of understanding our children’s designs
    • Name the mother wound and the burdens carried through generations of women and wombs
    • Meet Sunny Venusian, Steph’s playful channel for creativity, embodiment, and divine mother medicine
    • Reflect on visibility, resonance, and sharing our work without pulling everyone else along
    • Explore what it means to live and speak from the edge of our becoming
    • Remember that wisdom is not reserved for experts, teachers, or gurus—it lives within each of us

This conversation is an invitation to stop treating yourself as something that needs to be fixed. To pull up a chair for the fearful parts, honor the identities that carried you this far, and bring forth what is most resonantly you.

  • Yes to the Yes, No to the No

What happens when you stop saying yes to the things your body has already told you are a no?

In this episode of the Keeping Wisdom Podcast, I’m joined by Wisdom Keeper Jackie Klefsaas for a grounded and playful conversation about Human Design, motherhood, self-trust, and learning to listen to the wisdom of her body.

Jackie shares how Human Design gave language to what she had already sensed within herself and her children—and how being a burned-out, frustrated Generator led her back to the satisfaction of becoming more fully herself.

    In this episode, we:

    • Explore Jackie’s journey into Human Design and the questions that made her want to understand more
    • Talk about the years she spent saying yes to things that were never truly a yes
    • Look at how small, everyday experiments helped her recognize and trust her sacral response
    • Discuss parenting children with different energy types while honoring their individual needs
    • Explore why non-sacral children may need more rest, space, and time outside the energy of others
    • Reflect on how taking care of ourselves changes the energy of our homes and relationships
    • Talk about what surprised Jackie most about the Wisdom Keeper experience
    • Explore what it means to be witnessed as a whole person without leaving parts of yourself behind
    • Reflect on Jackie’s definition of what it means to be a Wisdom Keeper

For Jackie, being a Wisdom Keeper means loving and accepting herself exactly where she is—and allowing the way she lives to encourage others to do the same.

Because learning to trust yourself doesn’t always begin with the enormous, life-changing decisions.

Sometimes it begins with a dress, a matcha, or the willingness to finally say:

Yes to the yes. No to the no.

  • The Words That Shape Us

The Words That Shape Us with Tiffiney LozanoReclaiming Our Stories, Remembering Our Wisdom, and Choosing What Comes NextWe are shaped by the stories we inherit—but there is magic in the ones we choose.

In this episode of the Keeping Wisdom Podcast, I’m joined by writer, creative entrepreneur, personal development coach, and fellow WisdomKeeper Tiffiney Lozano.

Tiffiney is a wordsmith in the truest sense. She takes words apart, listens for what lives beneath their familiar meanings, and rebuilds them into anchors for remembering who we are. In her hands, language becomes more than something we use to explain our lives. It becomes a way to reclaim them.

During our conversation, Tiffiney shares how she transformed bitch—a word often used to make women smaller—into an embodiment of being brave, intuitive, truthful, courageous, and heart-led. She also explores what it means to be an artist: to awaken, remember, trust, imagine, and shape.

We talk about how discovering herself as a 3/5 Emotional Manifestor gave Tiffiney permission to stop treating her cycles of creation and rest, her experimentation, and her nontraditional path as evidence that something was wrong with her.

    Together, we explore:

    • The shame often attached to trial and error
    • The difference between inherited stories and consciously chosen ones
    • Why beginner’s mind carries its own form of wisdom
    • The courage required to belong without abandoning ourselves
    • Creativity as a pathway to remembering
    • Becoming full enough of ourselves to give from the overflow
    • What it means to carry lived experience forward as wisdom

Tiffiney reminds us that the pain, failures, ruptures, and experiences that shaped us may be part of our opening chapter—but they do not get to determine the rest of the story.

Her forthcoming memoir, The Year We Gave Up on Love, is a story of surrender, hope, and the gifts hidden beneath the pain when we find the courage to face what we’ve been running from. It will be published by FemPower Publishing in May 2027.

  • The Wisdom Hidden in Uncertainty

The Wisdom Hidden in Uncertainty | Trusting Your Design with Kathy Bochonko

What if you didn't need more certainty...

What if you simply needed more trust?

In this episode of Keeping Wisdom, I sit down with fellow Wisdom Keeper Kathy Bochonko—an Intuitive Human Design Mentor whose work centers around what she calls Radical Self-Trust.

Our conversation begins with Human Design, but it quickly becomes something much deeper.

Together we explore what happens when we stop looking outside ourselves for answers and begin listening to the wisdom that's already been quietly guiding us all along.

Kathy shares her own journey of skepticism, curiosity, and eventually learning to trust the unfolding of her own design. Along the way, we talk about parenting, relationships, projector life, the freedom that comes from seeing life as mechanical instead of personal, and why lived experience will always teach us more than memorized information.

One of my favorite moments is Kathy's reminder that we aren't here to hand people wisdom—we're here to help them remember their own.

If you've ever felt like you needed one more answer before taking your next step, this conversation is a gentle invitation to consider another possibility...

Maybe your next step has been waiting for your trust, not your certainty.

🌿 In this episode we explore:

    • Kathy's unexpected path into Human Design
    • Radical Self-Trust and living your own experiment
    • Why projectors often experience bitterness before freedom
    • Parenting through the lens of Human Design
    • The difference between information and embodied wisdom
    • Seeing life as mechanical instead of personal
    • The beauty of uncertainty and becoming
    • What it means to be a Wisdom Keeper

  • The Courage to Begin Again

    From Corporate to Calling

What happens when the life you've built no longer feels like the life you're meant to live?

In this episode, Raelynn sits down with fellow Wisdom Keeper Marla Tseng, whose journey has taken her from corporate law into the worlds of astrology, Human Design, and embodied self-trust.

Together, they explore what it means to stop living from obligation and begin listening to the quiet wisdom of the body. Marla shares how years of doing everything "right" eventually led her to ask a different question:

What if there's something that lights me up even more?

This conversation is about trusting yourself before you have all the answers, taking off the mask of who you thought you had to be, and discovering that the messy middle isn't something to survive—it's where your real life begins.

If you've ever felt the pull toward something more, this episode is an invitation to trust that quiet voice guiding you toward the life that's calling your name.

    • What it feels like when the life you've built no longer fits
    • The courage it takes to leave certainty behind
    • Learning to trust your body and inner guidance
    • Letting go of expectations and "shoulds"
    • Rediscovering curiosity, joy, and what truly lights you up

Sean shares his journey from the world of technology into a deeper exploration of energy, intuition, Human Design, somatic healing, and lived experience.
