A self-confessed chocoholic and lover of Chunky Kitkats, she has travelled to France, Germany, Italy, England, US, Bali, Thailand & Singapore.
Born and grew up in Adelaide she realised her purpose was to help people. After school she graduated with a Health Science degree before completing a master’s degree in physiotherapy.

Began practicing physiotherapy at the Repatriation hospital in Adelaide. Her patient cohort changed from an average age of 70 to 80 years to 40 to 50 years when she was shifted to the Flinders Medical Centre.
“Elderly people are beautiful; they have lovely stories and they have the time. If you can invest time with them it gives them a lot”
Her name means “helper of mankind”
“Helping people achieve their goals is rewarding no matter what age they are”
She likes to keep active by; getting up at 530 am using a treadmill, exercise bike or weights before going to work, looking after her son, and walking her dog “Barney”
Keeping active is, “70% what you eat and 30% what you do”
“I like to be physically active and when I cannot be, I am not my true self. It is good for your mental health to be active”
Her foot condition reduced her ability to be active.
“My foot problem was impacting on my work and ability to run. It was impacting on my life and that is why I came to see you”
Facing the adversity of losing a lifelong friendship.
“You realise you can’t control how people perceive you” “ Sometimes you just have to let things go” “ Self-reflection is good but it sometimes can be detrimental if you go on and on about it”
