Ashley is someone who has always identified as a helper, always wanting to give back, spread love and support, and really just be there for someone in their time of need. Ashley knew her passion early on. Ashley has experience working as a therapist and she loved what she was doing, but felt like she needed more. She felt like her skills weren’t being put to good enough use, she wasn’t being utilized or valued the way she wanted, and she wasn’t spreading her knowledge the way she wanted. She wanted more than what therapy could give her or what the 9-to-5 job could give her. That’s when she decided to turn to coaching. Ashley prides herself on the fact that she lives with IBS and HSP, or highly sensitive person. She feels so strongly about how they’ve shaped her as a person, and she shares candidly on her Instagram page and TikTok about the journey to understanding that she has hsp—Because it wasn’t always that way. Since opening up her coaching business, she’s made it her mission to help other HSPs and people who struggle with ibs to identify their core values, discover their triggers, and from there create trusting coping mechanisms to create daily balance. Ashley has single handedly formed her “disabilities” to being her superpowers. And she wants to help you see that in yourself.
