The Happy Face Killer, Keith Hunter Jesperson has disgracefully taken the lives of at least 8 women, though there’s a good chance there are more out there. During the course of his murder spree, 2 innocent people would end up taking the wrap for his first kill which left Keith to continue on to at least 7 more victims- some of whom still have yet to be identified.
