During the course of his murder spree, 2 innocent people would end up taking the wrap for his first kill which left Keith to continue on to at least 7 more victims- some of whom still have yet to be identified.

On November 6th of 2011, a 2-year-old Bellevue, Washington boy was  reported missing and has virtually never been seen again and the  circumstances surrounding his disappearance are so vague, so few and far  between, not to mention incredibly frustrating. So what  happens when a child goes missing and a parent is refusing to talk?  Judging by the last 10 years or so, I would say apparently not much...

While under arrest, 28 year old Jorden Marie Simms bravely reported that she had been sexually assaulted not just once but TWICE while in the Arizona state Graham County Sheriff’s custody and within days of making these reports, the same sheriff’s department would be announcing Jorden's subsequent and very questionable, in-custody death. Hailey went missing from Colorado City on December 27th of 2010 and her remains would end up being found just 30 miles away, over three years later (March 2013). It’s now been OVER 10 years  without justice for Hailey. There have been no arrests made and no charges pursued since her body was discovered.
