Keith Wasserman, Founder/Executive Director of Good Works

Good Works began by providing shelter for the rural homeless when Keith Wasserman had a vision to reach out to those struggling with homelessness and poverty in rural Appalachian, Ohio. During his last year at Ohio University, Keith remodeled the basement of his home into a two-bedroom apartment as a shelter for adults and children experiencing homelessness, with the help of friends and supporters.
