Our first guest, Kelli Quinn is a sales manager at Oak Tree Retirement Villages and talks about how retirement villages look after older people. Our second guest, Lisa Collier from Arcare Aged Care, talks about the sense of community their residents enjoy. Both perspectives create a great sense of what it is like working in these sectors.
