09.13.2021 - By Rob Snowhite
Rob was recently scrolling through Twitter and came across The Caddis Fly Collective account. He immediately e-mailed the Collective to invite] them on the podcast to discuss all things caddis. This week we are joined by Kelly Murray-Stoker, a PhD student at the University of Toronto in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. (Rob was expecting a Canadien accent on the other line). Her advisor on this and other projects is Dr. Shannon McCauley. We get the definitive answer to the effects of stacking stream rocks, the surprising locations caddis flies live and their roles in the enviromment, and we hear about the smallest caddis in the world.
