May is Mental Health Awareness month. We’ve all heard the phrase about personal history and problems likened to carrying around baggage. If you’ve lived any length of time, you have ‘baggage’ from past relationships, traumas and disappointments that you ‘carry around’ with you. It’s inevitable.
But, eliminating your baggage is NOT the answer. A healthy mindset doesn’t ignore the concerns of our past, we confront them head on, gain perspective and clarity, take measures to heal from the pain, and learn to carry our past as part of an integrated part of who we are and who we are becoming.
If this sounds like what you’re ready to accomplish in your life, then it’s time to make the decision to improve your skills for Successful Badassery!
I’d love to have YOU along on the journey this summer! Isn’t it time for a trip while carrying your baggage appropriately with confidence, wisdom and happiness?

When you consider the idea that YOU are like a radio station; transmitting a signal with your programming. Your thoughts are the programs, your signal is your behavior. What message are you broadcasting? Negative, angry, fearful, irritated?
It’s time to recalibrate if you want to flip the format on fear and negativity.
Self Care is crucial for recalibrating, and that’s what I’m doing here in Texas…. Like what? Personal family time; sharing and receiving love from a brand new soul.
Professionally - taking quiet time to study for future developments, while learning new methods to bring to my clients.
