Kelly Saward is a Published Author, Radio Presenter and Wellbeing Mentor & Speaker. Kelly is passionate about welcoming you just as you are and connecting with the true voice that sits inside you. As a wellbeing mentor Kelly works with people to uncover the person already inside, the one beneath the layers and creates a space to do just this. As a writer Kelly shares her own experience in her debut book 'Desperate to be Loved, little notes of self-discovery' this a personal journey from anxiety and fear to love and self-acceptance, an insight to how Kelly works.

As a radio presenter Kelly loves welcoming guests to share their voice, their story, their own discoveries. Community and Communication are fundamental throughout Kelly's work and she highlights this on the radio. Through journaling, meditation and mindfulness, Kelly works alongside people to uncover the freedom within. Shining a light on the creativity and confidence inside and reducing the layers built up often seen as stress, anxiety and fear.

We all develop coping mechanism's and by doing so we can lose parts of ourselves, its important to be all of who you already are and its completely possible for us all. Kelly quotes in her book: 'When we build habits from fear, we lose ourselves. When we build habits from love, we find ourselves. ' Don't try and change who you are, find who you are instead.
