Alex has gone back to the Middle School literature to try to find that magic that young readers are so lucky to have when first discovering the wonders of reading. In the book The Lost Track of Time by Paige Britt, he believes he has found it. This is another little known author that deserves more attention, with illustrations that will impress the hardest critic. Sadly, the book is a hard one to find. Please help this author out and find yourself a copy, or ask your local library to find it for you. It will be worth the effort, and the author will undoubtedly appreciate it.

Yes. We are beating this dead horse some more. But, this episode had to be one of the most fun episodes we have yet to record. Alex, was finally guilted into reading the Butcher Game by Alaina Urquhart. Not wanting to stay quiet on his thoughts about it, he developed a game for Joe to play. There is even an award if Joe wins. Or if he loses, Alex gets to exact his costs out of Joe for forcing him to read the book.

The Butcher Game: The Game is our first attempt at making a game show. Joe has to stretch his memory and mind as to a series he has done his best to block. Let's see if he is able to get past Alex's deviously difficult questions. Becky even makes a guest appearance for the last portion of the game (this was the best part of the whole night; you don't want to miss it).
