Delighted to have Olympic Boxer Kenny Egan on to have a chat about his life and how he helped himself and now helps others. Just because he stepped out of the ring does not mean his fighting is over. We all have a daily battle to  better ourselves and become a better person and by helping other people do the same Kenny in my eyes is an amazing role model.
