Hey babe! We are getting super deep today. Let's talk about how and why we should apologize to our past selves and thank our past selves for getting us to this moment. Hey babes! Long time, no podcast, am I right? *LOLs in Dad Joke* But, forreal, in the last almost 2 years, so much has changed -- I've changed, the world has changed, and I bet you've changed a lot, too. I believe, with all of this shifting, it's time to shake things up with the podcast as well. I kept trying to wait until I felt like the Kenny who created that last podcast, but she's gone. I'm so much BIGGER than that Kenny, and I'm absolutely, 100% proud of that now. The Kenny I am now is the Kenny that the world has tried to make small... but I'm not small. I don't want to be small. I don't want YOU to be small either. Let's be larger than life, because we are. WE ARE! It's time to be 100% ourselves.
