Healing the heart is not about blame, but about compassion. By mothering ourselves, we soften the armour, and remember that love does not have to be earned — it is who we are.

The flame of the heart burns away fear, grief, and separation, leaving only love. This is where we are invited to return again and again: to the bridge, to the flame, to the centre of who we are.
