We all see change as this big obstacle preventing us from getting to where we want to be; when actually it's the force pulling us towards it. Focus on the positive impact that change has on us.

5 Minutes of YOUR day, to make it that much brighter. 5 minute bits is based on the 100 days of happiness that I started in 2017 just to see how much joy could be spread around. Hopefully it brings people together and allows us to focus on the positives of life and that which makes it so much better.

Learn to ride life's highs and lows like a wave in the ocean. Let's try not categorize our days into what's good and bad; let's rather feel the emotions, ride them out and carry on with our day. Not every moment is going to be a high and not every moment is going to be a low. Accepting these moments for what they are allow us to maintain our balance.

This became the topic of the day after a culmination of things happening around me. Sometimes life doesn’t go quite as planned but honestly, sometimes you just have to go with it & just let it be. Don’t worry about things not being perfect or 100%. Focus on how it made you feel & what it means to you. Life isn’t attainable if we’re always focused on the future & being free from flaws. Love yourself & be free.

An Ego isn’t always a bad thing; but sometimes we need to be alone from it for a moment or two. We need experiences that humble us & remind us of our innocence & former selves. The world around us can be so distracting & warrants unusual behaviour from us in the best of times. Give yourself a chance to remember your true self & figure out who the “i” in the Universe really is.

As we come to the close of the year it's important to reflect on what we have accomplished. Thinking back over the last 11 months, what have you achieved? Do you recall most of the things that happened this year? Maybe let's make it a little easier, do you remember what you saw when you were driving home? Was there anything worth noting? Th fact of the matter is that we are so overly focused on what's next and the content that's out there that we forget the small details of our own lives nd before you know it your life has got away from you. 

Give yourself some attention; most importantly - show up for yourself.

What is an Empath and how do I know if it's me? Empaths are highly emotional people who are able to connect to many different types of people and can do it almost instantly. Empaths know how to read people's emotions and tell when they are being truthful or deceitful. Often Empaths give a lot more of themselves that what they expect back, however sometimes they find themselves feeling depleted and unappreciated because they don't always get get the same treatment back.

Is Mindfulness what we think it is? Is there a way for us to fully be present in the moment. I believe it’s so important to give yourself a moment & allow your body, mind & spirit to reflect on who you are & what you truly want from your life.

We're left with choices throughout our day. There are those that are miniscule in terms of possible outcomes and there are those that greatly affect the trajectory of our lives. The key is learning to deal with these choices and not let them be defined by fear. 

Life comes at you fast and so what I would like you to do, is to take a step back and connect the dots. Reflect on your past choices and understand why they created the life that you currently find yourself in. Love yourself and be grateful for the choices in front of you.

Finding ways to manage our daily stress will enable us to gain control of our lives and how we view every day. We can't let the things out of our control, effectively damage our way of living. Connect with your soul and your intentions and let go to live.
