Ohio Governor Mike DeWine is set to speak at the state capitol this morning. The Republican governor was shouted at and booed when speaking at the vigil for the nine people killed in the Sunday morning attack. Meanwhile, investigators are still trying to determine a motive for the shooting. At the center of the investigation: the murder of the gunman's sister and the shooting of a companion after the three arrived together in the Oregon District. Was Connor Betts targeting the two or were they simply in the wrong place during the shooting rampage? And the mayor of Dayton confirmed that President Trump is planning a visit to the city. ABC's Ryan Burrow is there and joins Tony with the latest.
