This is easily one of my simplest success hax yet life experience has shown very few actually commit to it. So hope this helps give you some context on some things that have worked for me. 

There is a lot of back and forth in this one. But this is to balance my point. I hope it hit's home for you as much as it did for me! 

This one has been heavy on my heart with all the judgement that has been going around. This is a hard mindset shift but as you know we get to choose our hard. 

It has been a conversation I have had in so many spaces over the last month and I just felt that I had to share with you all my thoughts on it.
