  • Long Distance Friendships + Tampa Pros/Cons feat. Jordan Broderick, Chelsea Miller & Riley Klein
On this week’s episode, I have three special guests. We talk about the perks and downsides of living in Tampa, the pros and cons to long-distance friendships, and the many reasons we think that we all will stay friends beyond this experience. I also learned in this episode that neither Chelsea nor Jordan know how to spell the word Illinois or where in Michigan is on a map. This is our last episode in Florida before I begin my trek back to Michigan and Riley and I finally are done with long distance. • The Best and Worst of Halloween
On this week’s episode, I tell you all about my experience going to the hospital in an ambulance on Halloween - and no it wasn’t because of alcohol poisoning. I get into some of my favorite costumes over the years, an unpopular opinion about couples costumes, and close out the episode with some classic Halloween favorites. • Outgrowing People + Toxic Action Justification + Breaking Cycles of Abuse
On this week’s episode, I go on a bit of a rant. This is some thing I feel very strongly about and it’s something that I want to educate as many people as possible on. We talk about how do identify when you start to outgrow people and what actions you can take to counter their toxic action justification. We close out the episode with identifying different types of abuse and how you can break that cycle. Listen to the episode for my thoughts on generational trauma bonding and how to protect yourself and your mental health from people who prioritize their ego’s over your mental health and your relationship with your abusers. This show is a safe space, and my DM’s are always open to anyone who may need them. Bullying is not welcomed nor will it be tolerated. Listen to the end for some exciting news regarding my move and my wedding and check us out on Instagram (@KenzAndQueens) and TikTok (@Ken_zMitchell) for daily updates. See you all next Thursday! • The Reality of Plant Based Lifestyles + My Thoughts on GameChangers Doc
In this weeks episode, we get into my thoughts on living a plant-based lifestyle, whether that means being vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, fins and feathers, Paleo, etc. This conversation is rooted in the fact that my special guest this week has just recently become a vegetarian after watching the documentary GameChangers. For those that may not know game changers is a documentary about the effects of living a vegan lifestyle especially, those effects on athletes. About Kenz & Queens

From the publisher's feed

The podcast previously known as Tampa Baybe. Hosted by me, Kenz, an elevated basic from Chicago. Graciously known by most as “Queen” and that’s what I’ve chosen to surround myself with.
