Kylie serves as a missionary with One Mission Society (OMS) where she holds the roles of Director for Leader and Team Development, and Japan Field Director. Originally hailing from Australia, Kylie has made homes in Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan throughout her journey.

From the age of five, Kylie felt a calling to reach those who are lost, hurt, and broken with the transforming good news of Jesus. Beginning her ministry with youth and music, she has since been deeply involved in discipleship, missions work, and training across Australia, the UK, North America, Asia, and the Pacific.

Kylie is driven by a desire to support believers who lack resources, helping to equip them to be effective disciples of Jesus. Her academic journey includes graduate studies in counselling, theology, and leadership, and she is currently completing a PhD in intercultural studies.

In her current role, Kylie provides vital training in cross-cultural ministry and leader development to local believers, missionaries, and churches throughout the Asia Pacific region. She is leading OMS’ ministry in Japan through an exciting season of transition as the team prays for a great revival in that nation.

Kylie is a passionate communicator who loves seeing God’s Word come to life in the lives and hearts of people.
