(One explanatory note... my podcast "Petroleum Boogie"... this is a similar title to "Kerosene Mambo"... the logic of that is... PETROLEUM is the raw, unfiltered ooze... the slime... the juice from the Earth... KEROSENE... that's a highly filtered energy product... the Kerosene Mambo is refined, dignified, an approachable slice of thoughtful content... whereas the Petroleum Boogie is a woolly and wild and strange critter that resists domestication... it is a sound experiment... a sound collage... when I make Petroleum Boogie episodes, I don't know what I'm doing... they are challenging, I spend a lot of time tinkering with audio... with the Kerosene Mambo it's gonna be more straight-forward, more formatted... this is poetry audio product for your ears... I hope you enjoy...)
