As Christians we have liberty and freedom. We are free from sins power and the bondage of the law. Yet two extremes, legalism and license, threaten to ensnare us again and rob us of our liberty in Christ.

We cannot negotiate with God on the terms or conditions of salvation. Yet so often we want to become negotiators rather than simply beggars receiving a free gift on the givers terms.
