Good keto diet cookbook all recipes boost my energy and metabolism!
This book is filled with great recipes and ideas and i've been following a low carb diet for many years and having so many great ideas in one place is awesome and like any good keto cookbook should, this book provides a macronutrient breakdown of each recipe, for people who prefer to track their intake of protein, fat, and carbs and information is provided in grams as well as percentages, plus fiber and net carbs, so all the math is done for you and very easy to enter into whatever tracking software you use, if any. Additionally, the beginning of the book outlines some very basic information about ketogenic diets and introduces some of the ingredients that might be new to those who are just starting out on a low-carb/keto lifestyle, such as stevia and erythritol and if you are brand-new to this, I would recommend learning about the science of ketogenic diets elsewhere and then using this as a companion cookbook and if youâre already familiar with the whys and wherefores, the opening section will still help reinforce the principles of eating this way: good quality meats and fats, low-starch vegetables, what to look for on labels of packaged foods, etc and this is a fantastic addition to my keto cookbooks and we've tried several recipes thus far and they have all tasted great amd my husband is the pickiest eater i have ever known and when he wanted to move to a ketogenic lifestyle and i was really reluctant because of it. But he's adapted great and has tried everything I've made and really liked most of it which is great for me. I was tired of making the same stuff night after night!

An interesting set of recipes that can be prepared in the morning, afternoon and evening. And also during the whole week to please yourself with different dishes. It is written in clear language and so far I can cook everything. Great author job results in a very helpful book. The recipes collected in this book are quite easy to follow, including landmarks for preparing dishes with poultry, fish, and meat, and also vegan meals. In my mind, Ketogenic seafood recipes included in the book are very good indeed. I also found useful general information on the Keto diet and its effect on our body. All in all, a great book to bring Ketocuisine into your kitchen! All instructions and recommendations are very detailed, clear, effective and helpful.
