I learned a lot from this book
Easy to understand book. Great for starters as it has a 30 days diet you can repeat while you are getting going. Like the way the author gets directly to the point without a lot of storytelling. Good charts. The only downside is the charts could hold more information. It is one of the best books that you can read quickly, get the idea of what it is about and go directly into applying the principles.

The most effective method to oversee protein allow so it is not very high or too low
