I bought this book thinking that all recipes were going to be related to cooking with a slow cooker..well
I still find this recipes book very interesting and well written and made me choose to buy a slow cooker, because I think that some meals are worth a try, even if are not set in this specific diet.
Itâs rare that I find a cookbook where I want to make more than a handful of recipes but in this book I havenât found one I donât want to make! If you are new to Keto or want to switch up your recipes, this book is a must. This book is the best. Lots of recipes and easy substitute ingredients if you don't have things on hand.. They make you feel like your cheating on your new healthy diet but your not. Also, I bought tabs and marked my favorite recipes so they are easier to find!This book is a must have for anyone seeking the ketogenic way of eating.and then i got to the end of the book and she has then listed under each category with pictures attached. that is a genius idea. i just love everything about it and will get a few more for friends and family that do or want to try keto lifestyle
