Beginning of Chapter 3. The monetary penalty for sleeping with na’arot, women between the ages of 12 and 12 ½ against their will, in particular, those groups of women who are either not full members of the Jewish community and therefore invalid for marriage, or whose connection is incestuous. Derivation of the reason for the monetary penalty based on scriptural exegesis.
