Kevin Gray is the founder of the "Pave IT Forward" mentorship and coaching platform, and the former President and Owner off ADC Paving, located in Louisville KY.

Kevin formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association of Louisville and as a Bullitt County Council Chairman. He also served as a Partner and Vice Chairman for Top Contractor School, is an advocate for community-based programs, and serves as a board member for the YMCA of greater Louisville area. Other local programs he supports includes youth sport, Habitats for Humanity, and the Helmets to Hardhats Initiative for the Veterans Club of Kentucky.

Kevin's number one focus is to become a great leader, teacher, and motivator. This comes with a commitment to excellence, example, and bringing a positive attitude to his work and family daily. He is a leader in the United States Asphalt Paving and Paving Maintenance Community due to his efforts in raising the standards of this traditional blue-collar industry through pride, purpose, and integrity. Much of his notoriety is due to his digital presence and his message of improving work culture by sharing techniques and insights with other professionals and newcomers in the paving industry.
