Youth Lead Change teaches compassionate leadership and social entrepreneurship to empower young people to become positive changemakers. They offer young people ages 13-25 workshops, mentorships, and grants to create social and environmental initiatives. They collaborate with Peace First, they provide a free educational online platform to create and grow initiatives.

Youth Lead Change Awards send promising young leaders to North Carolina Outward Bound School scholarship courses to deepen their personal insights and abilities.
