Cohen explained that leadership will decide when to file new Articles of Impeachment, but the House Judiciary Democrats plan to hold investigatory hearings right away over Donald Trump’s violations of the Constitution’s emoluments clause, which is why he says the President “continues to exhibit the need to be impeached.” He also explained the real political reason behind the Trump Shutdown.
