The Margarita is one of the most iconic cocktails with numerous origin claims. We go through some of the history and components. We give some tips for making sure you make your flight or cruise on time. We close with Jim's multi-layered take on the Margarita. 

 When is a drink shaken or stirred? James Bond's direction is an outlier for the properly prepared a martini and that is o.k.  Recognition, certificates, and awards are nice but they are not necessarily an indicator of greatness. Jim gives his recipe for a martini and it is simple.
