In teaching and tutoring high school chumash, I've seen so many girls and also heard from women about how dry the Torah feels.

It's so sad that Chumash class is not something that's interesting and practical. Because the Torah really is the best guide for every moment in life. It's the most meaning and the most joy, even in the real hardships that we face...

And it has very good mindset tools for birth too!
