This week I have to pleasure to have Zac on the show, Zac dived into real estate investing allowing him to become financially free early on in life. 

My guest today is the owner of Dyanamo Properties, VIP Lending Group and Barrel Creek Investments. He has been a property investor for 10 years and a licensed realtor for 7 years. 

Born and raised here in Lexington, he received his degree from Asbury University and is most proud of his beautiful family and becoming financially free in 2016 while still in his 20’s . He is married to his wonderful wife Charity and together they have 2 amazing children Ellason (2) and Liam (9 months).

I am very excited this week to have Chase on the show. A seasoned loan officer with lots of knowledge to share, it is no surprise he’s become very successful at what he does.

Chase Holman is a loan officer with HomeTown Lenders. A 9 year veteran in the mortgage business, Chase has been a bronze level producer for 3 years straight since 2019. Born and raised in Lexington, he played baseball at Henry Clay High School, received his undergraduate degree from Miami of OH & Georgetown College along with his law degree from Saint Thomas University. He is married to his wonderful wife Amy and together they have 2 dogs Bean and Maddie.

Terra Harrison is a real estate broker through Re/MAX Realty Group and has been a licensed realtor for almost 5 years. Her favorite moment as a realtor is when she can help a single mom buy her first home. Growing up for a time in the Tampa, FL area and then Lexington. She now resides in Nicholasville Kentucky, KY with her son Zach who is graduating this spring, her 2 daughters Rainey and Brooke along with KAYAK, her great dane.

Maggie Cohen was born and raised in Oldham County just outside of Louisville. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky. After spending years working various sales positions in a broad range of industries, she is now a Business Development Officer at Bluegrass Land and Title. She lives in Lexington with her dog Pupcake.

Show Notes - Josh Lynch

This week I have the pleasure of sitting down with arguably the tallest realtor in the state of Kentucky. Always having an interest in real estate it is no surprise how he ended up involved in the industry.

Josh Lynch is a Realtor with The Brokerage and co-owner of the South District Realty Group in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born and raised in the Lexington area and after starting out as a Special Ed Teacher, transitioned and found his passion for the real estate world. Spending the last 6 years as a licensed realtor, Josh has also been involved in owning rental homes, flipping houses, and more recently getting involved in the short term rental market. He and his wife Lauren recently started the non profit Attitude of Gratitude Foundation, partnering with families going through the adoption and foster care process.
