We will get the opportunity to touch on the Franklin Covey method which I have found very useful, as well as many of my clients!

This week, we will discuss 'setting boundaries' really giving clear guide line to the people in your life about what your expectations are and how they can respect those. A very clear message means you get more support in doing things well, and in feeding your soul through the energy you conserve in being authentic and true to who you are.
