Ezekiel 37:1-14 God can give life back to dead and seemingly impossible situations. But this means that we have to be willing to let go of, to die to, control and trust and obey God.

1 Samuel 16:1-13 God’s invitation may cause fear because we are not in control, but we can obey with the assurance that God is in control and brings good things in his way and timing.

Genesis 12:1-4 God’s invitation for Abram to follow him meant dying to life as He knew it. God used Abram’ life to impact the entire world.

Malachi 3:8-12 God asks his followers to give tithes (first 10%) and offerings to provide for ministry needs and to remember that everything we have is a gift from Him.

Galatians 2:20, Exodus 17:1-7 God always provides what we need in His time. Grumbling or complaining demonstrates lack of faith, obedience, trust, and reliance upon God.

Revelation 22:1-21 Jesus says he will return to restore the world and his followers will live with him. Our choices now dictate whether his coming will be something we want or something we do not, this is heaven and hell.

Matthew 25:31-45 Eternal life means both finding Jesus as the source of goodness, but also sharing his character of goodness in how we act here and now. To not do so is to choose eternal death.
