Civil Rights Attorney John Burris announced late yesterday that the Contra Costa Board of Supervisors had approved a $4.5 million settlement for the family of Tyrell Wilson who was fatally shot and killed last March in Danville, California by former Contra Costa deputy sheriff, Andrew Hall.
