Deep down, we all long for a world where justice finally wins. Scripture reveals Christ will reign from Jerusalem for a thousand years. In this message from Revelation 20, Pastor Lutzer describes the coming kingdom and the final judgment. When the fire of God's wrath comes, where will we turn for protection?

For many people, turning to angels offers a spiritual experience without having to face God. Paul taught that there is one mediator between God and us: the man Christ Jesus. In this message, Pastor Lutzer gives three cautions for anyone curious about angels. Angels may guard God's people, but none of them can save us.

Most of us spend very little time thinking about how our lives will end or what we will leave behind. But the closing chapter of Moses' leadership offers a surprisingly practical and deeply spiritual picture of what it looks like to finish well. When God told Moses to climb a mountain, look out over the Promised Land, and prepare to die, Moses did not beg for a second chance. He asked God to appoint a faithful leader so the people would not be left like sheep without a shepherd. That single act of selflessness captures the essence of legacy: caring more about what comes next for others than about what you still want for yourself.
The story of Moses and Joshua also carries a profound theological thread. Moses, who represents the Law, could bring the people to the edge of the Jordan River but could not take them in. Joshua, whose Hebrew name Yeshua means 'God saves,' led them across. This is not a coincidence but a picture of the gospel. The Law can show us where we fall short, but it cannot bring us into the fullness of life that God intends. Only Jesus, our true Joshua, can do that. Even Moses himself only entered the Promised Land once, and it was on the Mount of Transfiguration, standing alongside Christ. If Moses could not enter apart from Jesus, none of us can either.
For those thinking about transitions, retirement, or simply the legacy they are building right now, this story offers a clear challenge. A meaningful life requires more than recreation and rest. It requires relationships, purpose, renewal, and above all, a faith that is rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Whatever role, ministry, or season of life you are holding, you are holding it for someone else. The question is what kind of mark you will leave while you have it, and whether that mark will point others toward Christ.
We've all broken a promise we meant to keep but God never breaks His. God promised Abram a family, a land, and a blessing that would reach every nation. In this message, Pastor Philip Miller shows who makes, keeps, and inherits God's covenant. Where we all fall short, Jesus kept the promise.
