The launch ceremony for the book “Orientalism in Russia: Iranian Studies and Islamic Studies,” written by Mehdi Sanaei, former Iranian ambassador to Russia and head of the Institute for Iran and Eurasian Studies (IRAS), was held on Wednesday, October 21, at the Foundation for Iranian Studies.



The event was attended by Ali Akbar Salehi, President of the Foundation for Iranian Studies; Mahmoud Jafari-Dehqani, professor at the University of Tehran; and Mohammad Kazem Sajjadpour, professor at the School of International Relations of Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
