Khrys Speed is the founder and head coach of Ronin Strength. Originally a semi-professional rugby player, Khrys turned his attention to Olympic Weightlifting after progressing in his strength and conditioning training. He has since gone on to win several national medals in Olympic Weightlifting and has recently been appointed as a pathway talent coach for British Weightlifting.
