Scott Leech is the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Rhode Island (URI), where he has been since 2020. Scott started there as an assistant and was promoted to Head Strength Coach in 2021, followed by a promotion to Associate AD in 2023. Prior to URI, he spent five years as an Assistant S&C Coach at Merrimack College. Scott is currently the NSCA Rhode Island State Director as well. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
