You can't imagine what happened in my journey to Tóquio, Hong-Kong, London and Lisbon.  It was a true adventure.  

But better than write it is to tell you what happened.  

Today we are going to talk about digital marketing. One of the most frequent questions people ask me when I do lectures is if it is simple to develop digital marketing. Well, yes, it simple! But is it easy? No! The are 4 elements that are very important and if we do it… Soon or later we will face success! 

We have chores every day. And at the beginning of the year we have defined goals. I hope you have!

So how does this work? How do we keep from getting caught up in the daily routine and all those promises fade away?

Having a great day starts with how you decide to start your day. Like a switch, you decide if you want to be down or up. I like to condition myself in the moments "down", so they don't exceed 15 minutes .... How do I do it?

We live in a world where we have more and more requests ... It seems that it will not end … I use some essential tactics to shield myself and to stay focused. I'll share with you some things I do :) 

Knowledge is necessary in our life. There are so many ways of learning new things, but you need to apply what you learn in a very short period of time or it will be worthless. In my opinion there is a way of putting knowledge in action.
