After the tumultuous last week, we have to be focused and not waiver in the spiritual war being waged for the nation.  Mary encourages the listeners to trust in God, and she discusses some of the ways God protected the Lake family during the last 26 years, even when there was so much going on that it was difficult to understand what God was doing.  We are not battling flesh and blood, but we are battling the highest levels of darkness.  Many in Washington, D.C., are puppets on strings doing the bidding of the kingdom of darkness, while others are being coerced.  Let’s keep our focus on the spiritual battle, pray for all captives to be set free, and align ourselves with God’s perfect plan.  His mercies are new every morning.
