Welcome back to another podcast episode! In this episode, I touched on many topics including; something traumatic that happened to me and how I am using it as a lesson, splitting with BPD, how it affects me, and marriage as a security form. 

In this episode, I spoke about granting grace to those who may be going through it and to yourself. Also working through how you take on other's emotions and how you relay yours out into the world.

In this episode, I got a bit frustrated but I was also very transparent about my trauma and abuse surrounding friendships. This episode was mainly to talk about the growth from my friendships to where they are now. This was also to be an inspiration to those who may feel similarly in friendships.
