I am super excited to conduct my first interview on the Trivium Dad podcast. I am excited to have my guest Sensei Rean Wisky, owner of Dynamic Martial Art Academy, on the show.  Rean and I  discussed youth training in the martial arts and the many benefits that are not always obvious to others. As we discussed the practice of martial arts as a viable choice to promote health, both physical and mental, we did not neglect the opposing viewpoints of antisocial behavior and aggressiveness.  Lastly, you will get an inside perspective if you are considering enrolling your child in martial arts.
