Kieron Brady is an alcoholism consultant with SP Bespoke, a specialist in home-based intervention and therapy across England.

His early adult life was as a professional footballer – playing for Sunderland AFC in the modern-day Premier League as well as representing Ireland at the international level.

He was forced into early retirement at 21. He is passionate about recovery and guides people through the process, both professionally and non-professionally.

Another passion is the field of Equality – Kieron worked as an educationalist and expert witness around racism, homophobia, and wider forms of prejudice for over a decade.

He has delivered over 500 training days on the issues, assisted asylum seekers in gaining refuges status, written speeches for Lord Mayors, and, in 2012, became the first-ever footballer to become Patron of Gay Pride.
