Hi, I’m investigative journalist Mollye Barrows and welcome to my podcast Gulf Coast Confidential.  From murders to mysteries, I explore some of the saltier stories that surface in Northwest Florida and all along the Gulf of Mexico. 

My co-host is Pam Hill. Pam’s sister, Sharon Aydelott, was murdered by her son on Christmas Eve 2013. As a survivor of violent crime, a grief and loneliness researcher, and pharmacist, Pam has a unique perspective on many of the cases I talk about on Gulf Coast Confidential.

This is the second of a two part series called, "Kid Killers," a title that is jarring like the crime and tragically, it's all too common.

In this episode, we discuss the case of Lam Luong, a Mobile area man who is spending the rest of his life in prison for murdering all four his children. They were only 3, 2, 1, and four months old when they died. 

Killing his own kids was horrible enough, but it was also how Luong did it that sent the Gulf Coast community into shock and grief.
