On the other hand, how do you feel when you tell the truth? Maybe a little nervous initially, but eventually, you don’t have anything to worry about.

I learned about this when I heard my parents' yoga teachers discuss it during their classes. In my new segment called Discover Yoga- I will talk about one concept every week and also share some tips on how we can apply it in our daily lives.

Do you know that Cricket is the world’s second most popular sport and the most popular sport in the Indian subcontinent? Introduced by the British in India, the first ever game of Cricket was played in 1721 that is almost 299 years back My dad tells me that when they were kids, they used to sleep, breathe and play cricket, sometimes even in the dark when the power went off.

Fondly called Captain Cool, Dhoni is regarded as one of the best sports leaders in the world. When I started reading the news articles about him, I realised what a great leader he was.
