About David Orozco, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist - Food Therapist
David Orozco is a loving husband, father, and youngest of nine in a Colombian-American family. His
passion for nutrition and health stems from a love of all foods and science, and the memory of parents
who suffered from chronic illnesses.
David owns Orozco Nutrition, hosts the One Small Bite podcast, and is an author, speaker, and registered
dietitian nutritionist. He specializes in a non-diet, weight-neutral, and self-compassion approach, and has
over 16 years experience working with adults and teens dealing with various health and nutrition
complications such as disordered eating and eating disorders, chronic dieting, chronic illnesses, and body
image concerns. He is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Exercise Physiologist, and a Quit Smart
Smoking Cessation counselor, with extensive experience in corporate wellness. David is also fluent in
Spanish.
