About Jonathan Williams, D.O.
Jonathan Williams performs the full scope of Pediatrics from newborns to teens and is board certified in the American Board of Pediatrics. Some of his clinical interests are mental health, well-child exams, and immunizations. He also has extensive training in the diagnosis and management of childhood and adolescent depression. By and large, Dr. Williams enjoys everything from childhood development to rare pathologies.
Jonathan Williams grew up in Davis County, completing his undergrad education at Weber State University and Medical School at Rocky Vista University College of Medicine near Denver, CO. He did his residency at a combined military/civilian program at Dayton Children’s Medical Center and Wright Patterson Air Force Base. For four years afterward, he was an active-duty Pediatrician at Travis Air Force Base in the Bay Area where he was also medical director and deputy flight commander.
His interests outside of the office include spending time outdoors with his family: hiking, golfing, skiing, and waterskiing. Dr. Williams’ greatest achievement is his marriage and five outstanding kids.

About Dr. Jordan P. Steinberg
Dr. Jordan P. Steinberg is a pediatric plastic, craniomaxillofacial and orthognathic surgeon within the Division of Pediatric Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and serves as surgical director of the Craniofacial Program at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. He earned his medical degree and a doctorate in neuroscience through the Medical Scientist Training Program at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Steinberg then completed an integrated residency program in plastic surgery at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center in Chicago. Following this, he pursued a fellowship in pediatric craniofacial surgery at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. His clinical interests include cleft lip and palate, congenital facial skeletal growth disorders and syndromes, craniosynostosis, ear anomalies, jaw deformities requiring corrective (orthognathic) surgery, ear anomalies and pediatric skin/soft tissue lesions.
Dr. Steinberg is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Pediatrics and an active member of the following societies: AO Craniomaxillofacial, American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Pediatric Plastic Surgeons, American Academy of Pediatrics-Plastic Surgery Section, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Craniofacial Surgeons, International Society of Craniofacial Surgery, American Council of Academic Plastic Surgeons and the Plastic Surgery Research Council. Dr. Steinberg’s work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. He has also written chapters for medical textbooks, presented at both national and international medical conferences and has served as a reviewer for various plastic surgery-related journals. He is frequently called upon by the media to provide expert commentary on topics related to pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgery. Academically, Dr. Steinberg has served as a mentor to students and residents and has also held the role of craniofacial surgery fellowship co-director.
Dr. Steinberg is employed by Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the physician-led multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children’s Health System. Prior to joining Nicklaus Children’s, he served as director of Pediatric Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Division of Pediatric Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital offers comprehensive care for children with a full range of congenital, as well as trauma-related conditions. From the management of hand and upper extremity trauma and congenital anomalies, to the reconstruction of burn and other soft tissue injuries, and treatment of various breast pathologies, the team offers consultation and treatment services tailored to each child’s individual needs. The plastic and reconstructive surgery team is also proud to be part of the Nicklaus Children’s Craniofacial Center team, participating in multidisciplinary care clinics to maximize convenience for families of children with facial differences, including cleft lip and palate, ear anomalies and craniosynostosis.

ABOUT OLEG KOVALENKO, M.D.
Dr. Oleg Kovalenko is a Board-Certified Physician at Pediatrics Associates’ Miami Lakes East Cardiology department. He grew up in Kherson Ukraine and attended Dnepropetrovsk State Medical Academy in Dnepr, Ukraine. He completed his pediatric residency at the West Virginia University Charleston Division, WV. His Cardiology Fellowships include Rainbow Babies Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, University of Michigan, CS Mott and Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Kovalenko is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian. He is married to Natalia and his hobbies include running, ballroom dancing and soccer. About Dr. Jonathan Malka:
Jonathan Malka, MD, FAAAI is currently the director of Allergy & Immunology at one the largest pediatric groups in the country. Prior to starting the allergy division at Pediatric Associated Dr. Malka was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, at National Jewish Health Division of Allergy/Immunology and Rheumatology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He also served in the Division of Immunopharmacology Laboratory, Division of Clinical Pharmacology, at National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado.
Dr. Malka earned a doctor of medicine degree from “La Universidad Central de Venezuela” in Caracas, Venezuela. After completing his medical education Dr. Malka joined the International Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of Immunology at Georgetown University where he received the International Fellow Distinguished Award in Allergy & Immunology and a Research Achievement Award for Outstanding Research on “Susceptibility Test-Adverse Effects of Smallpox Vaccine”. Dr. Malka completed his pediatric training at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Medical Center at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Malka went on to National Jewish Health in Denver, CO were he completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology.
Dr. Malka is currently a Fellow of the American Academy and American College of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Malka has published more than 20 review articles in prestigious journals both in the USA and Venezuela. Dr. Malka has earned prestigious awards including Favorite Pediatric Specialist award given by Broward Family Favorites on both 2013 and 2014.
Dr. Malka’s research interest includes food allergies, understanding and managing severe asthma and biomarkers in the diagnosis and management of asthma. He also served in the Division of Immunopharmacology Laboratory, Division of Clinical Pharmacology, at National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado.

About Dr. Krystal Jerry:
Dr. Krystal Jerry joined the Pediatric Associates Family of Companies in the summer of 2020. She graduated from The University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio in 2011. Additionally, Dr. Jerry completed her pediatric residency training at the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans in 2014. About Maves Rañola
Maves V. Rañola is a Registered Dietitian with over 22 years of experience in public health and community nutrition. She is currently the Director of Nutrition Services for Lutheran Services Florida Children and Head Start Program.
