Ross took time out to go to the fit body farm not for some well needed exercise but to speak to heard coach and owner Gavin Hogarth! The passion for fitness and helping others reach goals that might seem out of reach Oozes out Gavin.

We talk to the team at Ayrshire Samaritans just before there recruitment drive. It was great to hear all that they do!
